Returns & Exchanges
If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your product, GreatFans will refund your money without hassle and as pormptly as possible. Simply follow the step by step instructions below to make sure the return process smooth and quick.
Conditions:
  • Returns cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the original shipping date.
  • Clearance items are sold as is and are not subject to return, ecept for damaged or defective merchandise.
  • Products Eligible for return must be new, unused, unaltered (with no clipped or cut wires) and contain all original packaging. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return.
  1. Contact GreatFans at (sales@greatfans.com or 651-644-1203) for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the product. Products will not be accepted without a return Authorization Number.
  2. Indicate your Return Authorization Number on the packing slip and include your packing slip with your return.
  3. Write your Return Authorization Number on a blank piece of paper and securely tape it to the outside of the package to be returned
  4. Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured directly to GreatFans. Shipping on all returns is covered by the customer. However, if the return or exchange is due to GreatFans' error, we will pay for the cost of shipping. Please contact GreatFans at (sales@greatfans.com or 651-644-1203) for return authorization and instructions.

All returns must be sent to this address, regardless of where it was shipped from. Be sure to handle all return packages with care! Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed.

Shipping & Delivery
To make your experience as easy as possible, shipping and handling within the contiguous U.S. (FedEX Ground) is free of charge. Please contact us for Alaska, Hawaii and International shipping costs. We can arrange for overnight or 2nd day shipping at additional costs, contact our customer service to find more details. many products are ready to ship within three days of your order, while others are manufactured when you place the order. Once your order is place, shipping date(s) will be e-mailed to you. We cannot deliver to P.O. Box locations.

Cancellations
We strive to get your product to you as quickly as possible and for that reason, any cancellation has to occur before the order is shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, we first need to confirm your order has not shipped yet, once we receive that confirmation we can credit your account immediately.

You can request to cancel your order at sales@greatfans.com or call us at 651-644-1203. If you were not able to cancel your order before it ships please do not refuse the shipment, contact our customer support for return instructions.

Damaged Merchandise
If you receive damaged merchandise, we will strive to make the replacement process quick and easy. Be sure to notify both the carrier and GreatFans within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage. Please keep all packing materials. GreatFans will pay the return shipping fee for products that are recieved damaged.
